The Mansions at Canyon Creek Home Owners Association is governed by a set Condominium Documents with Rules and Regulations. The Home Owners Association (HOA) is governed by the home owners with an annual budget set by the home owners. A copy of the governing documents and budget for 2007 is available to all interested home buyers by asking one of our professional Realtors on site.

 

A monthly fee is paid by each home owner to the Mansions at Canyon Creek HOA. The HOA and its funds are professionally managed by on-site personnel. The current fee assessment includes the following:

Insurance for structures
Utility costs for common areas and clubhouse
Grounds maintenance costs
Trash removal
Fire suppression system monitoring fee
Professional management fee

Based on total square feet each home owner will pay their proportionate share rounded as follows:

One Bedroom – $120/month
Two Bedroom - $ 180/month
Three Bedroom - $195/month

Each home owner will pay their own electric, water and natural gas expenses metered for their home.

The Mansions at Canyon Creek offers a full one year warranty on all parts, materials and construction. Additional limited warranties may be available from specific vendors. In general terms you will receive a clean home free of defects. If problems occur because of defects the Mansions at Canyon Creek will provide for their repair or replacement up to one full year.
